TEAM MEMBERS WORKING ON BORDEN LOFTS DEVELOPMENT

Robby Baker is charge of sales and is the Project Manager on the Borden Lofts development. Robby hold a BS from East Carolina University in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Coastal Resource Management with a minor in Business Administration. While at ECU Robby was on the University football team. He worked for the Timberline Land Co. in Richmond, VA, responsible for acquiring, developing and selling waterfront communities and Seapath Realty on Topsail Island.

Tom Webb is the Principal Developer on the Borden Lofts project and holds an a BS and a MA from Appalachian State University in Political Science with a concentration in City and County Management. Tom has worked in Community and Economic Development with Cites and Counties in North Carolina and Virginia for over 30 years. He has developed neighborhood shopping centers, major chain hotels, a 300 slip marina, 2 mixed use industrial parks, each over 300 acres, recreational parks, managed over $10,000,000 in flood control projects and various other real estate developments. He has recruited successful manufacturing companies to NC and has been a consultant on many Federal, State and local projects. In addition to being licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Title Insurance Agent, Tom is also licensed as a Real Estate Broker.
